 7) Panegyric – Formal praise

 You can consider most of the eulogy as panegyric

 8) Pariah – an outcast , rejected and despised person

 Your constant gossiping might make you pariah from campus

 9) Parsimonious – too economical 

  Do not be parsimonious , pay for the drinks.

 10) Partisan – one- sided , biased 

 You could often hear about partisan politics in US.
