 8) Exonerate – to clear someone from blame or charge

 Synonym – exculpate

 The newly discovered evidence was enough to exonerate him from charges.

 9) Exigent – pressing , demanding 

 The exigent circumstance requires immediate action

 10) Germane – relevant to subject under consideration
