 Their inchoate idea still in need of further development before being presented.

 7) Impugn – dispute the truth, call into question 

 He does not work more as a doctor because his reputation had been impugn

 8) Impetuous –  acting or done quickly without thought or care

 His impetuous decision to quit his job left him with no future plan

 9) Impede – to delay or prevent something by obstructing in it

 The heavy snowfall impeded their progress of road.
