 7) Barbaric – uncivilized or violent

 8)Tyrant – cruel ruler who has complete power over people of his country

 Most of his staff described him as tyrant

 9) Barrage – large number of questions directed at a person very quickly

 The minister faced a barrage of questions from reporter.

 10) Bashful – shy and embarrassed

 Do not be so bashful.

 11) Diffident – not having confidence in your strength

 He was modest and diffident about his own success.
